Job Offer — AI Tools for the Modern Workforce Instructor

We are looking for a certified PMP Instructor to deliver Project Management Professional exam preparation courses. The instructor must guide students through PMBOK Guide, agile frameworks, and real-world project management scenarios in a clear and engaging way.

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for all assigned courses
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice exams, and course handouts
• Adapt teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of exam objectives and industry changes
• Coordinate with program coordinators regarding scheduling and course updates
• Teach PMP exam prep covering all PMI domains: People, Process, and Business Environment
• Guide students through predictive and agile/hybrid project management methodologies
• Keep course content aligned with the current PMP Exam Content Outline (ECO)

Technical & Teaching Skills:

• Proficient in Zoom and other online learning platforms (Google Meet, Teams, LMS platforms such as Canvas, Moodle, or similar)
• Ability to manage virtual classrooms, breakout rooms, screen sharing, and digital whiteboards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Active PMP certification in good standing — minimum 3 years of practical project management experience

Prior Teaching Experience:

• Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator is strongly preferred
• Experience teaching corporate or professional certification programs is a plus

Location:

• Must be available to teach on-site in Broward County, FL
• Must also be available to deliver online sessions remotely

• Quiet, professional, distraction-free workspace
