More than 20,000 incarcerated people across 800+ facilities have participated in our programs. Our vision: every incarcerated person in the U.S. has access to our courses.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospecting: Research and identify correctional facilities (jails, prisons, DOCs).
  • Outreach: Send cold emails and use social media to reach correctional authorities.
  • Meeting Setting: Secure qualified meetings for Sales Reps with decision-makers.
  • CRM Management: Keep HubSpot updated—if it’s not in HubSpot, it didn’t happen.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with U.S. closers to hand off high-quality leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • Winsome Writer: Craft polished outreach that sparks interest.
  • Strategic Thinker: Research deeply and write with purpose.
  • AI-Savvy: Use AI as a power tool without losing the human touch.
  • Grammar & Polish: Error-free, professional communication.
  • Research & Networking: Skilled at LinkedIn prospecting and decision-maker mapping.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing accounts in HubSpot.
  • Reliable Hustler: Self-motivated, consistent, mission-driven.
  • Experience: Sales or lead-gen background is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $5/hour (up to 40h/week).
  • $15 per qualified meeting held.
  • 1% bonus on the first deal closed from your leads (avg. $50).
  • Streak bonuses: From $100 in Month 1 → $1,200 by Month 12.

Earning potential: Meeting quota (34 meetings/month) = $29,000–$31,000+ annually. Top performers earn more (uncapped upside).
