Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Technical Specialist in our SWAT team, your technical expertise will help to guide escalated clients through their critical situations which could include upgrades, migrations or even stability. As a Technical Specialist in our SWAT team, you will be the voice of the client as you learn their most pressing challenges and lobby on their behalf, and drive innovation back into our product teams to improve future client experiences.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

3-5 years technical support or even client facing.

CP4D (Cloud Pak for Data), RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.

OpenSource technologies, Cloud.

Business applications, infrastructures, databases, automation (python, scripting, api) and even possibly Network experience.

Technology evangelist by nature and possess outstanding storytelling and presentation skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

Strong technical and development skills.

Ability to identify creative workarounds / solutions to client challenges.

Aptitude to learn new technologies and collaborate with others to design innovative solutions.

You possess a can-do, no-problem-too-big-or-too-small attitude.

Capable of maintaining a diplomatic approach and remaining calm when under pressure.
